Bella Noir Solutions is a Pretoria-based group founded by Jessey Matlou. It began as a freelance passion for planning, styling and coordinating unforgettable occasions, and grew into a company built on creativity, precision and purpose.
Today the group runs two businesses under one roof. Bella Noir is the events and activations studio, taking every celebration, launch and summit from concept to flawless delivery. Noir Solutions is the commercial cleaning company, keeping offices, venues and facilities across Gauteng immaculate. Different crafts, same obsession: spaces and moments at their absolute best.
Our mission is simple. Deliver premium, client-focused work, create opportunities for young professionals, and make sure our clients shine while we take care of everything.

Meet the founder
“Our goal is simple: to ensure our clients shine while we take care of everything.”
Jessey Matlou, Founder. An experienced event manager with over a decade in corporate events, activations and production, she has delivered everything from private functions to international summits. Jessey holds a degree in Media Studies and Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and a certificate in Strategic Branding and Marketing from Vega School, and turned her love for exceptional experiences into a thriving business.
Committed to empowerment, she established Noir Solutions, the group's commercial cleaning division, to elevate businesses while creating meaningful employment for young people: an answer to South Africa's youth unemployment that equips individuals with real work experience while delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning.
